Artificial Intelligence (AI) is already transforming the way we work, create, and make decisions. In a context where AI is redefining industries and business models, Argencon and Digital House have launched IA Argentina—the most comprehensive AI training program in the country—aimed at enabling more people to acquire these essential skills for the future of work.

Backed by leading companies such as Bagó, EY, AWS, and VML, the initiative offers a free, introductory course that is open and accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or previous experience. The program invites individuals to discover the potential of Artificial Intelligence, learn how to apply it in their everyday lives and professional environments, and actively participate in the digital transformation.

Delivered in a 100% online and flexible format, IA Argentina will provide 35,000 free scholarships to expand access to training and boost Argentine talent within the knowledge economy—driving digitalization and innovation across strategic industries.

“At Argencon, we believe that Artificial Intelligence represents a unique opportunity for Argentina. Not only can we train highly skilled talent, but we can also develop the infrastructure needed to compete on a global scale. This program is a key step toward achieving that goal,” said Sebastián Mocorrea, President of Argencon.

Nelson Duboscq, CEO of Digital House, and Victoria Penacca, Project Manager at Argencon.

A Program Designed for Digital Transformation

IA Argentina has been developed with a modular structure, allowing participants to progress through their training at their own pace, based on their interests and professional needs. Its main features include:

  • Hands-on learning from day one: The content is designed to ensure that participants can apply what they learn in real-world contexts and within their own industries.
  • Free introductory course: Open to everyone, this course removes financial and academic barriers, making it easy for anyone to take their first steps in AI.
  • Industry-specific specializations: With tailored content for key sectors such as finance, law and legal services, programming and development, content creation, user experience design, customer service, marketing, and business growth.
  • Total flexibility: The program is delivered in an on-demand format, allowing students to learn at their own pace, from anywhere.
  • Connection to the job market: The program was co-developed with companies and industry experts to ensure it aligns with the current and future demands for skills and training in the labor market.

“Building an inclusive and dynamic learning ecosystem is key to enabling anyone to train in AI with practical tools that are relevant to their reality. Our commitment is to provide high-quality training in digital skills that are now essential in today’s job market. AI is revolutionizing every industry, and we want Argentina to lead this digital revolution with professionals who are trained and ready to face today’s and tomorrow’s challenges,” said Nelson Duboscq, CEO of Digital House.

Laura Álvarez Modernel (AWS), Alejandro Francolini (VML), and Alexis Pilone (EY).

AI is already reshaping jobs, businesses, and industries at an unprecedented pace. Argentina has the potential to become a key player in this digital innovation, but achieving that goal requires broader access to high-quality AI education. This program represents a unique opportunity for thousands of professionals to acquire critical skills and make a meaningful impact in their respective fields.

“Artificial Intelligence is not just a technology—it’s an opportunity for Argentina to lead a new global paradigm. Our knowledge ecosystem, cultivated over decades, is the foundation for becoming a hub of innovation and a driver of economic recovery, empowering the talent of our younger generations and paving the way for a distinguished professional future,” said Luis Galeazzi, Executive Director of Institutional Relations at Argencon.
